1. Eligibility:

• Employees of Buechel Stone are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants must be willing and able to pick up the prize at our Design Center located in Kohler, WI.

2. How to Enter:

There are three ways to enter.

1. In-person – Stop by the Buechel Stone Design Center in Kohler, WI to enter in-person
2. Instagram
   • Follow our Instagram account @buechelstone_kohler
   • Like the giveaway post
   • Tag a friend in the comments
3. Facebook
   • Like our Facebook page www.facebook.com/buechelstonekohler
   • Like the giveaway post
   • Tag a friend in the comments

Each of these is worth one entry. Individuals can enter up to three times using each entry method.

3. Duration:

• The giveaway begins on March 1 and ends on March 27 at 6 pm CST.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly chosen from eligible entries.
• The winners will be announced on March 29 at 5 pm on Buechel Stone Design Center in Kohler, WI’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Winners must respond and pick up the prize by April 15. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternative winner.

5. Prizes:

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Publicity:

• By participating, entrants grant Buechel Stone permission to use their names, likenesses, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting winners.

8. Changes and Termination:

• Buechel Stone reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.

9. Release of Facebook, Instagram, and Blackstone:

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Blackstone. Participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Blackstone from any responsibility related to the giveaway. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 13+ years of age and agree to Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms of use.

10. Agreement to Terms:

• Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
